The foil is not permeable to water, hence it does not allow the penetration of water into the building structure, which permits a faster drying of the construction.

Simple application

The foil is simply placed underneath the "floating floor" with quick and easy lay-up.

Description

TERMOSILENT is an expanded polyethylene foil that ensures sound and heat insulation. It is good elastic support for reducing vibrations, protection against sound shockwaves and excellent heat insulation. The product is made without CFC or HCFC.

Application

Construction foil TERMOSILENT can be used in buildings where the main goal is to achieve insulation against sound shockwaves. It is used in various applications, under floating floors, under laminate floors and as secondary roof tile. The construction foil can be used in combination with other materials with lesser sound insulating capabilities. When properly installed, the expanded polyethylene layer will also reduce steam permeability.
